I am currently interrogating a theory of “creative citing” as a design strategy, a spontaneous and experimental tool, for rediscovering and reimagining the language design in everything and everywhere.

A significant part of this process is experimenting with different ideas through a series of freedom-giving, iterative, multicultural, multidimensional, and multidisciplinary projects. Thus, allowing myself the grace and freedom to continue developing these ongoing experimentations and series of studies through the theory of creative citing.

I believe that these studies through the theory of creative citing could lead to the development of new ontologies to describe what design teaching and learning could/can be. And thereby, extending the disciplinary boundaries and inviting conversations around graphic design discursive practices.

I am also interested in this process of creative citing through a series of interactive studies and paying attention to how ideas are formed through accumulation and chance experimentation. And most importantly, how that is allowing me to understand my creative self, my interests, and my HOW (or approach) of working as a designer.
