Through drawing and performance I research touch, contingency and proximity. Shuttling between styles and conceptual strategies, I activate transsexual modes of artfulness. Each work, a haunted fragment of desire. To be in and of the world.

Responding to the ghosts of trans representation and the dearth of archived cultural production from trans artists, I hinge methods of performance and drawing to speak the spectral language of trans and disabled existence in the present–staying in the gap between performance and its document. In the moments of our “perception”, what is breached? What emerges? We are screens in movement, despised and punished, but only seen in traces. Our screenness reflects back to you, like a vampire witnessing her arousing image, for the first time, in the flayed pool of a woman. A sensuous figure extending in lines, becoming a we of phantoms when necessary. She is a snake-dicked bitch. Defanged, still full of venom, like a leak. Slow burn, only for me. Forever.
