Infrastructural Spiral, 2022
My practice examines how political systems influence infrastructures and consequently, how infrastructures influence individual behaviors. I consider political impact on infrastructures and down-up uses of infrastructural disobedience. Lately, I've been recreating covert duo-use infrastructures, for example, a drop ceiling that functions as an antenna. They are often facsimiles that hide within institutions but subvert affordances.
